THE HEARTBEAT behind INNER WOVEN~
Ashlyn weaves ancient wisdom, holistic practices, experiential insight, and scholarly study to foster experiences of connection, wonder, and meaning. Her approach to sharing is a synthesis of her studies in yoga, ayurveda, meditation, animism, somatics, trauma-responsive care, mental health, expressive arts, and social work. Her approach to social work is social work as story, somatic, and sacred- story as a thread of interdependence, somatic as a pathway to relational vitality, and sacred as a lifeline to Spirit.
Ashlyn’s offerings are rooted in an ethos of interdependency, regeneration, and the sacred. In practice, she brings a sense care, compassion, and curiosity to her group and private sessions as well as a deep reverence for the teachings that have crossed her path, integrating philosophy, theory, cosmology, mythology, ecology, and heartfelt intention.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung

“At the center of the Earth, there is a spring, rising clear as rain. Emerging from soft forest soil, this spring has been running since the beginning of time and will continue to flow long after we have gone. At the center of the Earth is a stream of benevolence. And you are being invited to come drink again.”
— Asia Suler
