THE HEARTBEAT behind INNER WOVEN~
Warm greetings, thank you for being here. Your presence is a gift!
Ashlyn weaves ancient wisdom, holistic practices, and modern insights into everyday life to encourage harmony, resiliency, grace, authenticity, and sacred connection. Her approach to sharing is a synthesis of her studies in Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, Holism, Animism, Somatic Intelligence, Trauma-Responsive Care, and Decolonization Discourse.
Ashlyn’s offerings focus on nurturing belonging, expanding capacity, and deepening purpose to foster power within so that we have the power to be with each other, moving toward individual and collective liberation. She brings a sense of earthiness, compassion, and sanctity to her group and private sessions as well as a deep reverence for the teachings that have crossed her path, integrating philosophy, theory, cosmology, mythology, creativity, and heartfelt intention.
“My work is influenced by Yoga philosophy as presented in The Yoga Sutras, Samkyha philosophy, The Bhagavad Ghita, and Kriya Yoga; Ayurveda philosophy and theory; Celtic cosmology and Spirituality; Nature-based spirituality and Animism; Plant Medicine and Herbalism; Somatic Intelligence and Embodiment; Mythology and Ritual; Trauma integration and my experiences integrating these practices into my own life over the past 8 years.”

“At the center of the Earth, there is a spring, rising clear as rain. Emerging from soft forest soil, this spring has been running since the beginning of time and will continue to flow long after we have gone. At the center of the Earth is a stream of benevolence. And you are being invited to come drink again.”
— Asia Suler

“If you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
-Lilla Watson & Queensland Aboriginal Rights Group
