I Wander…

What might unravel if we begin to gently question the cages that inhibit us

What can soften if we let in a few more molecules of compassion- what do you need? where did you come from? where would you like to go?

What will flow when the floodgates of our heart have the permission and support to open

I wander…

Where might we find ourselves if we allow this to be enough

Where may we go if we stop trying to get anywhere but here

Where will the river of courage take us if we just get in and let flow

I wander why I wander in the first place

And I am reminded it is the nature of the soul to wander

To peel back layer by layer

To expand and contract

To excavate

To come Home.
